Phase 5 - Final Report

It is now essential -more than any time before- to take action how our cities expand.

Detailed social, urban and architectural studies must be performed together to have wider views

when designing any new future extension.

Public awareness to the environmental cause must be the first priority to any political

leaders as there will be no future if we neglect our mother nature while expanding.

Building Regulations must be rewritten taking the economic and environmental aspect as

priority.

New teaching methods in universities and schools must be adapted to raise a new

generation that thinks in creating rather than consuming, Recycling rather than wasting.

It is very important to think how to create elements that saves energy and materials in

parallel to thinking in generating renewable energy.

We end by what we most learned in this research:

“Waste Less, Need Less”
